The World’s Most Painful Experience – All in the Name of Charity

Well i did it. You will recall that as part of my efforts to raise money for Walk 4 Matt I said that i would wear an England shirt for charity.  And that if we reached £300 I would get videoed singing the English National Anthem whilst wearting it.  Well £300 was reached (thankfully, to a degree, we missed the £500 target so no temp ‘I love England’ tattoo), in fact by the morning came around we were pushing £400, a target which has since been surpassed – with a number of others promising donations over the next week or two.

So in accordance with my promise I present below me singing (well I call it singing, but in reality I am tone deaf) God Save the Queen whilst wearing an English shirt.  This happened in Dempseys pub, opposite Cardiff castle, and as you will hear it was not all that well receieved despite my explaining what it was for – though to be fair we did raise £90 by sending a pint glass around asking for donations straight afterwards.

So before the video happens I ask anyone and everyone to donate a little something, anything, to this great cause that helps severely injured rugby players and their families, and children with special needs.  The donation page can be found here, please do give generously
