Being a sentimentalist I would go for Brian O'Driscoll. World Rugby demands a guy who could bring back the running game that is seldom seen these days.

Looks like Joe Schmidt is the man to try to turn the Irish fortunes around - big task ahead of him, and the last massively successful provincial coach to take the Irish job was the man who just got sacked...

Funny old world, here in Wales we beat ourselves up because we have to have a foreign coach simply because ours are deemed not good enough. The Irish do the same and it's good rugby.
However, Welsh coaches are now plying their trade across the board and are well respected............except here in their homeland.
Odd isn't it?
